The Club lifestyle, over the years has become a sought-after zone in Calcutta. Whilst the craze is for the traditional clubs, the new clubs of Kolkata also have good market. Ibiza and Circle were in operation, before P.S Rawat started his foray into this line with the launch of Space Circle & Princeton. Both were losing money and could do better with improvement on the Management, financial processes & service standards department. Outsourcing of the F&B further contributed to the loss of revenue which was soon made into an in-house function.
The challenge was to do things better than the acceptable levels, raise the bar and get rewarded for the same. Hetook up the challenge to set up Space Circle and gotthe Club going populace, in Calcutta,to understand that the whole concept can be challenged, changed and made a better experience for its members. It can be more profitable and self-sustainable to ensure that the member is not burdened whilst providing a better infrastructure.
Invision does away with the legacy of traditional clubs and a unionised bearer system by effectively substituting them with young savvy English-speakingHotel Management graduates. By Introduction of a custom online computerisation system, Invision ensures efficient management and a better user experience. All other clubs, have since, realised the importance for computerisation of their billing system but we have more to offer than just the billing system.
